On January 6, 2016, the Experimental School Affiliated to Tsinghua University and Kaiwen Academy signed a cooperative education agreement, and the two parties jointly operated and managed Haidian Kaiwen Academy. After five years of joint efforts, the Haidian Kaiwen Academy has achieved positive results as the scale of the school continues to expand. Haidian Kaiwen Academy has developed a good reputation in the district and is now moving confidently toward a more progressive future. 

After friendly negotiations, and with unanimous agreement between the two parties, the cooperative education agreement between the two partners has been terminated as of December 31, 2020
