Minimum Qualifications

• (For secondary ELA and primary international homeroom teachers): Must hold a passport from the US, UK, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, or Canada 

• For all other teaching positions: Open to persons of any nationality 

• Four-year degree from an accredited university 

• PGCE or higher 

• Three years of experience teaching in a bilingual school, international school, or government/state school 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Include the minimum qualifications, plus the following:

• Master’s degree, preferably in education or the subject the teacher instructs 

• QTS, national/state teaching license/certificate or equivalent 

• Five years of experience teaching in a bilingual school, international school, or government/state school 

• Candidates currently living in China are preferre
