本学期，经过寒假假期和开学初第一个月的认真准备，海淀凯文初中部集会进行了改革——初中部集会以班级为单位，以学生为主角，各班轮流上台合作展示，围绕蓑羽鹤精神之“自由、勇气、高度”，切合凯文教育理念之“培养具有家国情怀和国际视野的领袖人才”。初中部集会中还含有丰富的学科活动和体育比赛活动。

2021年5月12日，在海淀凯文初中部集会中，7A的全体同学通过演讲、采访、视频制作等不同形式，进行了以“责任感”为主题的展示。责任感是敢于担当的核心，是一种心理品格、道德素质和能力要素，它也是学生学习的一种动力。

7A班班主任车静文老师(Verona)说：“培根曾说，‘责任感是世界上最珍贵的种子，若早早地播种在孩子的心田里，将会收获一生一世的幸福。’责任是一种习惯，它内化于我们的品格当中，也外化于我们的行为之中。7A班的同学们在这次主题探索中，他们不停地追寻‘责任’的去处——去采访学校中的各位老师，发掘老师们眼中的‘责任’;去篮球场找到篮球框，去记录篮球在不同时段的投放情况。与此同时，他们也在不停地寻觅‘责任’的归处——学校的休息区内，同学们将乱放的书包都归置整齐;在课堂上，他们会自觉地将课桌椅凳都打扫干净、将学习用品摆放整齐;在体育场上，也时刻警觉自己要自己的事情自己做，不给他人添麻烦……在这个寻觅的过程当中，他们学会了去发现生活中细微之处的‘责任感’，懂得责任感存在的意义与价值，也明白‘责任’无处不在，它会帮助你成为更好的自己。7A班的孩子们通过积极参与这次活动，每个人都有所收获，我也无比欣慰!”

7A班学生制作的微电影

责任感是什么?7A学生演绎了一部微电影，通过把篮球场的篮球收集到球框里、将图书馆旁的书包摆放整理整齐、下课后自觉收拾课桌和保持教室整洁等日常细节，同学们体会到责任感是一种习惯，也是一种担当，它内化于我们品格之中，也外化于我们的行为之中，更体现在生活的细微之处。“我们要有责任地去维护好日常，愿我们拥抱责任，共同进步!”学生总结道。

Daniel同学发表了以“责任感”为主题的英文演讲，他讲述了历史名人与责任感有关的故事，并阐述作为学生，应该拥有怎样的责任感。

Sense of responsibility is one of the most basic, but also one of the most important qualities of a person. This word is composed of response and ability, which represent its meaning——the ability to respond for things. Some people have strong ability, others have weak ability, so everyone's responsibility is different, but everyone should be responsible for his own work. A person with a sense of responsibility, even if his ability is not strong, but he is fully responsible for one thing and tries to do it, he will also complete the task. And a person without a sense of responsibility, even if he is capable, he can't finish a thing, because he doesn't want to do it.

A person should perform his own responsibility from birth. Everyone has his own responsibility. A child should be responsible for learning; An adult should be responsible for his family and work; A teacher should be responsible for his students; A policeman is responsible to the people; A doctor should be responsible for people's health; The government should be responsible for the people of the country; And everyone is responsible for their own mistakes. Here's a story about responsibility. President Reagan, the 40th president of the United States, was not very rich when he was a child. Once when he was playing football, he broke the glass of someone's house and needed to pay some money. Of course, he couldn't give it, so he had to ask his father for it. Later, his father asked him to pay it back. So, at the age of 11, he kept working to earn money until he paid it back to his father. It made him understand what responsibility is. In today's life, whether it's the soldiers on the border of the country, or the rescue workers during the outbreak of covin-19, or the workers who work hard in company every day, some of them work until early in the morning, some of them are in danger at any time, but they still insist on it. This is the embodiment of their sense of responsibility. For another example, every class has the responsibility to make the best preparation, and then make a perfect presentation in the assembly, just like us. Many of our students already have a sense of responsibility, and some of them have not. For us, to complete the task left by the teacher, and to do our own part in the project, rather than just let a very hard-working person finish all, and to be able to bear our own mistakes, and now to tidy up your clothes, tuck in your shirt, all these are the embodiment of a sense of responsibility.
